Return & Refund Policy

At Harris & Fletcher (H&F), we want every customer to feel confident when ordering with us. If something is not right, our team will do its best to assist, subject to the terms below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.


2. Returns

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to return.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in the original condition.

    • With all tags and original packaging included.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. As our warehouse is based overseas (China), typical return costs are around £25.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

⚠️ Important: Do not return items to the address on your parcel label. This is the carrier’s sorting hub, not our warehouse. Always contact us first for the correct return address and instructions.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You must provide clear photo or video evidence within 7 days of receipt.

  • Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund. Without proof, we cannot proceed with an exchange or refund.


4. Lost Parcels

  • If your order has not arrived within 30 days from purchase, please contact us.

  • Orders confirmed as lost in transit will be eligible for either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges for size, colour, or preference. Please use the size chart provided before ordering.

  • Exchanges are only provided if you received the wrong item or size due to our error.


6. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.

  • Processing time:

    • Returns typically take 5–7 business days to reach our warehouse.

    • Refunds are issued within 2 business days after inspection.

    • Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for funds to appear in your account.

  • Refunds are made to your original payment method only.


7. Return-to-Sender Parcels

Orders returned to sender may occur due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.

  • Failure to collect from the courier within the required timeframe.

  • Unpaid customs or duties (where applicable).

We cannot be held responsible for these situations. Please contact your local courier with your tracking number or contact us for further guidance.
