These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Harris & Fletcher (“H&F”, “we”, “us”). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read carefully before using our services.

1. General Conditions

  • You must be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent, to use our website.

  • You agree not to use our products for unlawful purposes or violate any UK laws.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

  • By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase goods. We accept this offer only once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel and issue a refund.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders that appear to be fraudulent, reselling, or bulk purchasing.

3. Prices, Taxes & Duties

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Import duties or additional courier fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in our prices.

  • We are not part of the IOSS scheme. Goods may be subject to import VAT/fees collected by the courier at delivery.

4. Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at checkout. We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods displayed on our site.

  • You must provide accurate billing and delivery information. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once processed or dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only. Most UK orders arrive within 5–10 working days after dispatch.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

  • Refused, unclaimed, or mis-addressed parcels will not be refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • You have 14 days from receipt to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Do not return parcels to the sender address on your package. Always contact us first for return instructions.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately. However, variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • We are not responsible for typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or outdated information.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, H&F shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, images, and logos on our site are the property of H&F. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

11. Privacy

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
