3. Packaging & Condition

We take care to package every order securely. If your parcel arrives damaged or opened, please photograph the package and contents immediately and email us at info@harrisandfletcher.com. Retain all packaging and items as they may be required for a claim.

4. Responsibility for Delivery

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

  • If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to incorrect address details, we cannot guarantee a refund.

  • If you are not home during delivery, the courier may leave a collection notice or deliver to a local access point.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Do not return goods to the sender address on your parcel. This is not our warehouse.
